High Holiday Services, Knights Tailgate and the Fox Point Farmers Market
A roundup of places to be and people to meet in Fox Point and Bayside in our weekly edition of "The Week Ahead."
Who said nothing ever happens in Fox Point or Bayside — Patch certainly doesn't think so! Check out all the places to be, things to do and people to see as we look at the week ahead.
High Holiday Services at The Shul
Service Times are:
- 9 a.m. Morning Services
- 10 a.m. Youth High Holiday Services
- 11:15 a.m. Rabbi's Talk
- 11:45 a.m. Shofar Blowing
- 1:30 p.m. Kiddush Buffet
The Shul in Bayside will hold multiple services all week in honor of the High Holiday. Even if you consider yourself the "non-spiritual type," you are encouraged to attend these services.
Tailgate Knight at Nicolet
The Nicolet High School Foundation is hosting the 12th annual Tailgate Barbecue on Friday before the homecoming game from 5 to 7 p.m. at Nicolet.

Still Time to Visit Fox Point Farmers Market
Temperatures are dropping and we're on our way into Fall, but there's still time to check out the Fox Point Farmers Market for fresh fruits and vegetables Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon behind Stormonth Elementary. The market is a producer-only market featuring produce and flowers grown in Wisconsin, animals raised on nearby farms, or products made in-state.
Got something to add to our calendar? Just plug it in here and share it with your neighbors! Whether it's an upcoming garage sale, school event or neighborhood get-together, we'd love to help you spread the word on Patch!
