From the parking lot to the stadium, Brewers fans were ready to celebrate on Saturday. The Brew Crew came through, beating the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-1.

Pitcher Yovani Gallardo was named performer of the game. He pitched eight innings and had nine strikeouts. Gallardo, Ryan Braun and Prince Fielder were the stars of the game. Together, Bruan and Fielder had five of the team's eight hits, including Fielder's two-run home run in the seventh inning.

Our son was picked at random to be the "play ball kid" at Saturday's game. I posted a picture of him on the field. He was very excited.
