Last Chance: Get Caught Up on Energy Bills Before You Get Disconnected

WE Energies launching "Stay Connected" campaign and those in severe arrears as of April 16 will face disconnection.

Are you paid up on your WE Energies bills? If not, you could face disconnection on Monday.

WE Energies has launched their "Stay Connected" campaign, using phone calls, bill inserts and other messaging alerts to inform customers who are in severe arrears to get caught up on their bills before disconnections begin Monday, according to a press release.

“If customers are struggling to pay their energy bills, they should not hesitate to
call us,” said Joan Shafer, senior vice president of customer services said in the release. “Our goal is to work with customers so they can maintain their service
year-round.”

Customers who are in need of payment options and further assistance can contact WE Energies at 1-800-842-4565.
