Milwaukee Man Admits to Police He Smoked a Bowl

He then droped an 'F bomb' when officers say they need a blood test.

A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was very forthcoming with officers when they arrested him for marijuana posession; he admitted that he'd just "smoked a bowl," and handed over the pot.

According to the report:

Fox Point police received a call that several people were smoking marijuana inside a parked car outside McDonald's, 8739 N. Port Washington Rd. just before 7:30 p.m. Jan. 6.

The officer found the vehicle and approached the driver. As the officer leaned down to speak to the driver, he could smell marijuana.

According to the report, the driver’s eyes were glossy and bloodshot. The officer asked if he’d been smoking pot and he said, “No.” When the officer said he could smell it, he said, “I smoked a bowl.” The driver then reached down into the center console and showed the officer a pipe, saying, "I have this."

He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers searched the vehicle and found a pill tin in the center console with a green leafy substance in it. They also found two Swisher Sweets cigar packages; however, the officer noticed that they had the consistency of marijuana.

Officers took him to St. Mary’s Hospital for a blood draw. The officer read him the Informing the Accused document and the man said, “(Expletive) it, let’s do it.” The officer replied, “I’ll take that as a yes.”

Officers found a total of 3.6 grams of the green leafy substance, which tested positive for THC. The man was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
