While one girl lay buried up to her neck in sand, a little boy darted in and out of the water as it lapped up onto the beach. Another couple shared a kiss at the waters edge and many others laid out on their towels, soaking up the vitamin D. 

Tuesday scorched Wisconsinites with temperatures in the high 80s, flirting with the 90s. But those temps didn't hold everyone captive. Many made their way down to Doctors Park
