On Wednesday, Fox Point police discovered a vandalized billboard in the 8500 block of North Port Washington Road with an unusual resemblance to a popular, Korean pop star taking over American airwaves.
Police found the red, spray painted man on the eastern billboard on the east side of Port Washington Road. The image appeared to have been made with a stencil and was done in red spray paint according to the report.
Police have no suspects at this time.
