Family Catches Teens in Lewd, Naked Act in Fox Point Park
One of the teens was a bit under dressed when a family biking through this park took notice. All the teens left behind was a champagne bottle and condom wrappers.
A family with young kids came across an unexpected site while on a bike ride in Fox Point recently.
The children, ages 9 and 12, were biking with their parents near the intersection of Barnett Lane and Green Tree Road at 6 p.m. July 7 when they noticed a teenage boy and girl on a park bench, engaging in "lewd and lascivious" activities, according to the report. The caller said he saw a bottle of champagne on the ground near the bench and the girl appeared to be unsteady, impaired and naked.
He said he and his wife returned to the area in his car to check on the girl a few minutes later because she seemed impaired. He said he saw the boy and girl leaving the scene in a silver car, and the girl appeared to be naked while riding in the fully-reclined passenger seat. Fox Point police went to the park bench and found two condom wrappers and one condom on the ground.
The caller was able to provide the license plate to police, so they checked with the Department of Transportation and the registered owner lived on Lake Drive. Around 7 p.m., police went to the home and spoke with the owner, later identified as the girl’s mother, who said she had a 17-year-old daughter who was with her 18-year-old boyfriend, the report said. The mother called the boy and police spoke to him over the phone, saying they were on their way to Summerfest. Officers instructed him to turn around and come to the Fox Point Police Department.
Meanwhile, the teens were really parked at the boy’s parent’s house, also on Lake Drive, just a few blocks away. Police met them at the home and the boy denied being at the park, saying he hadn't been near any benches in the area and was actually at a friend's house, the report said. He continually denied being anywhere near the park, but did admit to drinking champagne, however, saying it was with his parents as part of his birthday celebration. Police checked with the friend and he said the teen hadn't been to his home in months.
Police could smell alcohol on the girl’s breath and based on the boy’s admission, they were both cited for underage drinking. The boy was also arrested and cited for obstruction for lying to police about being at another friend’s house, according to the report.
Later, while he was being booked, the boy admitted to being at the park bench, however, did not get into detail about what happened there. He denied that, at any time, the girl was naked in the car.
