OK, so it’s not really a new planet, even though middle school does seem to be a whole other world...BUT that is for another story.  What it really is, is Stereographic Street View!  A version of Google’s Street View that turns an address into what visually looks like a planet.  I found this super cool and very fun site from Photojojo, an online, DIY photography blog.

This first photo is of Maple Dale School, which is cool with the telephone pole, wires and all the trees.  But take a look at how great a nearby park looks and even cooler, downtown Chicago.
