We just recently installed our new  Infrared Sauna Therapy Room. The new service provides clients a variety of health benefits at three different stages of infrared to help support healthier hearts, pain relief and skin rejuvenation.

Designed by Sunlighten, the mPulse Series sauna provides the most clinically backed healthcare benefits available. It offers three infrared levels – near infrared, which focuses on skin rejuvenation, wound healing and pain relief; mid-infrared, which helps reduce pain, improve blood circulation and weight loss; and far-infrared mode, which helps reduce weigh loss, blood pressure reduction, detoxification and overall relaxation.

The new sauna system is available in 15-minute increments.
