Catch a Flick at the Library

A meeting will also be held about the expansion of I-43 Tuesday night.

The North Shore Library will host its Tuesday Movie Fest tonight at 6 p.m.

This week's movie is 'Rory O'Shea Was Here,' which tells the tale of the kinetic main character's stay in the Carrigmore Residential Home for the Disabled. Most telling is his friendship with Michael, a young man with cerebral palsy and nearly unintelligible speech. Somehow, Rory understands Michael, and encourages him to experience life outside the confines of home.

Please call the library at (414) 351-3461 or stop by the Reference Desk to register.

If movies aren't your thing, the state Department of Transportation will also be hosting a meeting about the expansion of I-43 between Silver Spring Drive and Highway 60 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the lower level of St. Eugene Parish at 7600 Port Washington Road.

The public information meetings are held in an "open house" format with exhibits and presentations regarding the corridor. Both meetings will share the same information.
