Design, with the same convenience, but much healthier! Wildtree is offering a chance to TRY their freezer meals – a Freezer Teaser – to get
you acquainted with how they work and how they taste! Once you try this concept you will never want your freezer empty again! Don’t let
the bustle and stress of everyday life force you to go through drive thrus! Make meal time healthy, natural, simple, and DELICIOUS! It’s as
simple as 1, 2, 3 -
1. Register for the Freezer Teaser Workshop. You will be provided with a short grocery list of recommended proteins and veggies for
the class.
2. Come with your bags filled with designated “protein”and veggies. The instructor will provide some ingredients, too, along with some
“surprises” thrown in.
3. Go home with four delicious freezer meals that feed 4-6 – when ready, thaw, cook and eat!
Here’s what we’ll be prepping: Spanish Style Garlic Shrimp, Honey Dijon Chicken, Italian Herb Crusted Pork Chops and Crockpot Shredded
Beef Burritos .
You’ll also go home with menu-planning ideas, a website resource for more recipes either to accompany your freezer meals or use with other
meals, and easy preparation instructions for your meals.
