Teen Cupcake Decorating Contest at North Shore Library

North Shore Public Library, Neighbor

We'll supply the cupcakes, frosting and decorations.  You decorate them and our judges will determine the winner.  Participants may bring their own decorations as well -- must be edible.  This program is for 6th graders and above.
