Week Ahead: Nicolet Board Meeting, Nature Hike and Student Memorial

Who said nothing ever happens in Fox Point or Bayside — Patch certainly doesn't think so! Check out all the places to be, things to do and people to see as we look at the week ahead.

Board Meeting

The Nicolet School Board will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the Community Room for their regular board meeting. A few of the items agendaed for action incude the approval of two basketball coaches, the spring sports coaching staff and to being a program called STEP, the senior tax exchange program.

Discovery Nature Hike at SANC

Walk along the trails of the while Don Quintenz leads the group to the seasonal events that stir a sense of beauty or imagination and helps answer the questions that nature evokes. 

Physically you need to be able to walk any of the loop trails at the Center taking short but frequent stops. The cost is $5 and this event is for adults only.

Laura Miller Memorial

In memory of Laura Miller, a Nicolet student who passed away from a brain tumor in Feb. 2009, Oct. 24 at 2:45 p.m.
