Tuesday Movie Fest: Festa Italiana

We travel to Italy for this week's free film, "Days and Clouds".  Job security isn't what it used to be for the middle class in Italy either.  Corporate downsizing plunges a well-off, sopistocated couple from Genoa into a tailspin.  At first, the husband is so ashamed that he can't bear to tell his wife that he has been fired from the company he helped establish.  After several false starts at the job market, he becomes increasingly depressed.  This is not a happy film, but one many here may identify with.  Join us in the Library's Community Room for the free showing of this thought-provoking film.
