Wisconsin Conservatory of Music: Instrument & Art Exploration Camp: Conservatory + Lynden Sculpture Garden

Join us for five full days of instrument investigation and art exploration! Each morning starts at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music ‘s Bayside branch location for group instruction on instruments. Each student will rotate (in small groups) at the Conservatory learning piano, harp, guitar and a musicianship and rhythm skills class. At lunch time students will travel from the Conservatory in Bayside to the Lynden Sculpture Garden. Transportation will be provided. After lunch and a good stretch in the sunshine, each student will resume instrument sampling with Conservatory faculty on voice. The afternoon continues as the Lynden faculty introduces students to the local animals: both the sculptures and the living inhabitants. Students will explore the connections between art and nature each day as they create animal-inspired art, and learn a few animal songs, too. No experience necessary!
