Voluntary Municipal Water Project

Water has been a topic of a lot of discussions in the Village this summer and we know that many residents still have a number of questions about what it would mean to connect to municipal water. To help answer many of your questions, residents Howard Feiges, Bruce Troeller, Peter Kenney, Penny Goldman and the City of Mequon Water Utility have put together a Frequently Asked Questions list that is posted on the Village website. We hope that you find this helpful in addressing your questions.

If you have additional questions or are looking for more information, resident Penny Goldman will be hosting another informational meeting about connecting to municipal water on Monday, August 26 at 7pm at Village Hall. The meeting will be similar to the previous two meetings held this summer.  If you are unable to attend the meeting, copies of the presentation are available on the Village website.

If you are interested in connecting to municipal water, the first step is to complete the online survey. This survey is being used to gauge areas of interest, but does not commit you to the project. You can view the interest of respondents to date on the Village website. Please complete the survey by August 20 and spread the word to your neighbors
