At 10:30 a.m., the market welcomes back award-winning Chef Adam Siegel, who will prepare a delicious dish using fresh ingredients from the market. Siegel is the Executive Chef at Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro and supervises the kitchens at Bacchus and The Harbor House.
