Patricia Shoppe plans a going-out-of-business sale on its clothing, furniture and jewelry.

After more than seven years in business, the Patricia Shoppe of Whitefish Bay is closing its doors at 403 E. Silver Spring Dr.

In the Whitefish Bay BID email newsletter, Patricia Shoppe owner Britton Domer announced she is closing the store because she will soon be having her second child. The original Patricia Shoppe store in Door County will remain in business.

Domer said she was grateful for all of the support she received from her Whitefish Bay customers over the years.

"I want to thank all of you for your support of local retailing, your friendship and your loyalty to my store," she wrote. "I fulfilled a lifelong dream, and I could not have done it without you, my dear customers. Thank you so much for your support over the last seven plus years! It's been a great ride!"
