Are you itching for Sendik's to open again?
After an ownership change, Sendik's Bayside plans to reopen with a new exterior design in June.
Bayside's Architectural Review Committee recently approved the new exterior remodel plans, which features roof railings, new red brick siding, and synthetic shingles. The roof railings are also featured at the Sendik's in Whitefish Bay, which is also owned by the Balistrieri family.

Sendik's also purchased the building at 326 W. Brown Deer Road, which houses Community Bark Dog Wash and Coffee Bar, Kurth Chiropractic and Great Lakes Foot and Ankle Center. Sendik's also purchased the home at the corner of Mohawk and Brown Deer roads, which is zoned commercial.
