Letter to the Editor: A Big 'Thank You' After Band Together a Big Success

School districts want to thank community for their support of the inaugural event.

The
 Nicolet
 Unified
 School
 District
Foundations,
 comprised
of
 the
educational
 foundations
 from
 the
 School
 Districts
 of
 Fox
 Point‐Bayside,
 Glendale‐River
 Hills,
 Maple
 Dale‐Indian
 Hill
 and
 Nicolet,
 would
 like
 to
 take
 this
 opportunity
 to
 thank
 the
 community
 for
 its
 support
 of
 the
 inaugural
 event.

Money
 raised
 at
 the
 event
 will
 benefit
 each
 of
 the
 four
 school
 districts
 and
 help
 to
 maintain
 the
 outstanding
 education,
 from
 kindergarten
 through
 high
 school,
which
is
the
 hallmark
 of
our
 communities.

In
 particular,
 we
 would
 like
 to
 acknowledge
 the
 following
 businesses
 and
 individuals
 who
 banded
 together
 to
make
this
such
a
successful
 event:

In
 addition,
 thanks
 go
 out
 to
 the
 many
 businesses,
 organizations
 and
 individuals
 who
 donated
 items
 for
 the
 silent
 auction.

 Please
 remember
 to
 support
 them,
 as
 they
 have
 supported
 our
 schools.
 Finally,
 an
 event
 of
 this
 magnitude
 would
 never
 take
 place
 without
 the
 countless
 volunteers
who
organized
and
 staffed
it.

You
are
 the
 backbone
of
our
 community
 and
we
thank
 each
 and
every
 one
of
 you!

Though
 final
 numbers
 are
 not
 in
 yet,
 it
 appears
 we
 have
 raised
 nearly
 $20,000.
 It
 is
 our
 hope
 that
 this
 collaboration
 will
 continue
 as
 we
 move
 forward
 and
 continue
 to
 provide
 additional
 resources
 to
 enrich
 the
 educational
 opportunities
 for
 all
 of
 our
 area
 students.

 Look
 for
 us
 to
 Band
 Together
 once
again
in
2013!
