Photos: Power Lines Freed From Overgrown Trees

Men at work on Dean Road and North Port Washington Road help keep local power flowing smoothly.

Ever wonder who takes care of trees growing their way into power lines in Fox Point? That would be the crews of Asplundh.

On Thursday, they worked to shave down some trees at the corner of Dean Road and North Port Washington Drive that had begun to grow into power lines. Stop and slow signs in hand, these men made sure traffic proceeded carefully as other crew members freed the power lines from overgrown trees.
