Scores Gather for Fundraiser in Memory of Nicolet Sophmore

Friends and family gathered in Pleasant Prairie Saturday for Halee Ludowise-Fischer.

Scores of friends and family gathered Saturday in Pleasant Prairie to take part in a fundraiser in memorial of along with her friend, Jenni Geren.

Ludowise-Fischer, who was driving her parents' car, attempt to elude a River Hills police officer who tried to stop her for a traffic violation. The car kept speeding east on Good Hope Road for several blocks before crashing into a utility pole and a tree. The two girls died instantly, police said.
