Flu Shots given Sunday morning, October 13th, at North Shore Congregational Church
On Sunday, October 13th, from 8:30am – 12:30pm, flu shots will be
available for all aged 6 and up at North Shore Congregational Church. With support from the church’s Health Committee and ShopKo Pharmacy, shots are offered at a discounted rate of $25 per injection. Shopko also will handle billing to Medicare and private insurance, so be sure to bring your insurance cards. Reservations can be made in advance by calling the church at 414.352.6123. Drop-ins also are welcome.
