Rosh Hashana Day 2 Services @ The Shul

9:00am Morning Services
During the services we’ll get to all the questions still unanswered from yesterday’s session.

10:00am - 12:00pm High Holiday Youth Services
Kids will celebrate the world’s 5,774th “Birthday Party,” complete with streamers, hats, a birthday cake, and good resolutions. We’ll also enjoy some cake decorating to get in the spirit! Older children will share newly acquired knowledge during a quick mini-sermon with the adults. Teen discussion topic with Rabbi Mendy: “Is it a sin to have doubts?” Lunch: hot dogs, chips, fruit, and drinks

11:00am Rabbi’s Talk

11:30am The Blowout: Shofar Blowing
Hear the Shofar sounded again. (Sometimes things need to be repeated to get the message.)

1:10pm There’s a Party in your Mouth, and you’re Invited!
Festive Kiddush menu includes teriyaki chicken, stir-fried peppers, and napa cabbage salad.

2:30pm Got Shofar, will travel!
The mop-up team will scour the area searching for people that were missed on the previous day’s Shofar rounds. To sign on, e-mail Mendy@shulcenter.org.
