Apples!
Scott Overby from Log Cabin Orchard in Plymouth will have Jersey Mac apples this week. We're ready to enjoy their sweet flavor that's perfect for snacking, school lunches and baking! These early season beauties are great baked and served with a dollop of whipped cream, vanilla or cinnamon ice cream. Leftovers make a great quick breakfast, or slice and reheat for topping pancakes, French toast or waffles. Organic Pristine apples are also ready. They are a bit sweeter. Log Cabin's apple syrup and Drewry Farm's maple syrup are available every week. Apple cider will be available next week. Find Scott or his wife Julie every week through October 12.
