Coming back from a CRAZY summer!

The market has CHANGED.  This may not come as a surprise to you as you’ve seen sold signs come up and down over the past few months.  The truth is, I have been so busy since the market changed that I haven’t had the opportunity to blog!  I promise to be back soon with more real estate tidbits for buyers and sellers.  Today, lets concentrate on Sellers.  If you are considering selling right now, but are wondering if the time is right, I am here to tell you that it is!
