Riding with the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

This Cartoon came to mind while watching to many history channel shows were The coming Apocalypse was being bandied about between Scientists ,Historians ,Born again christian leaders and just every day people out walking the streets. also besides the History shows histrionics I happened to make  a trip to Walmart and as I walked by the area that they sell Best sellers at,I noticed that the Christian Book series the Intensely Popular "Left behind" books are still selling like free Ice cold beer ,made me think of my own Born again christian days were I fell in with this line of thinking, that is  until I started to read the Bible for myself and discovered to my growing chagrin that For a book that was suppose to be Inerrant, cause it 's written by God Almighty  Himself there was an awfully lot of contradictory stuff in it,plus quite a bit of  inordinate  gratuitous Violence against  women ,animals,children fig trees ,or basically anyone who does not fit the genetic code of of Gods chosen people the Israelites . This is a Book that is fondly thought of By (some) as a love letter from God to Man. What I discovered from reading the whole dam thing like three times was the   fact that there is little written about a set Apocalypse time for mankind much less an Antichrist taking over the world and all the kinds of kinds of Horror descending on the planet in a rapid succession of disasters that ,that entails,but even if any of this were to happen my old Born again christian friends were sure to mention with that, knowing and holier than thou look in their eyes that "at least we (other born again Christians but not everybody else ) will be Raptured" THE RAPTUREchn-net.com/teaching/endtimes/rapture.htmlBy Definition The Rapture is the 'catching away' of the true believer in Jesus, as described in IThes.4:16,17, thereby fulfilling His promise that the Church was not

     This is a great site if you wish to see what is happening environmentally around the globe.   So I must say with all that is really occurring right now it does rather appear that we are knocking on some kind of Apocalyptic invisible door and if you view our Earth as being made up of complex systems that all rely on the others to exist and keep everything planetary humming singingly along then I dare say just as The "Bibles "Book of Revelation states the seals that are being broken each cascading into the other making the next one far worse than the other really does to the  casual observer be happening befor their very eyes, but remember its a no brainer to any one who watches any of the myriad of Nature/science shows ,that ,that is exactly what happens when you start messing with a closed system things go to S#$% pretty quick. So there you have it Environmental disasters happening at a steady pace,and they are I think it Suffice to say Apolitical in nature given how many are occurring simultaneously and that is also including a host of New diseases as well as old school diseases that are making a comeback due to our love of giving any living thing we raise to slaughter and eat a semi-trailer of Anti-biotics.

   Now  my next rant is more for  those who say "Oh this is just the worst period of Human history  ,Surely the Antichrist is upon us and surly our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will Rapture us because it is so gosh darn horribly and equivocally super bad "!!  To which I reply while I watch some of you sucking down a nice cold  gigantic Pepsi and slobbing down a cheap fast-food something or other other in the good old U.S of A while your air-condioner pours out a nice steady stream of cool air so that your TV viewing pleasure is not at all diminished". Meanwhile Christians in 3erd world counties might be found getting a bit of arobic exersie whilst running for their very  lives from a pack of Psychotic ,drugged up little boy soldiers armed with rusty machetes and American made Uzis sprinting gleefully after you in Air Jordan sneakers ready to hack you to pieces and were your teeth and ears as a fashon statement. Or perhaps they are just  starving and dying of thirst having to squeeze their H2o out of elephant feces and finding sustenance in boiled dung beetles. ,"YOU KNOW WHAT? The Apocalypse has already come for them ! And it has come for billions through out Mankind's maniacally  hyper-violent history . Lets just start a short time ago and lets start with us (The U.S.A) in conquering the Americas so that in Gods Holy name we could be that "Shining city on a Hill" for all the world to take note of and emulate, but wait we had to do something first like in the Old Testament days when you are told by God to take the land you have to first get rid of the other tenets ,which we did with a little luck and a little pluck we unknowingly brought over some pretty nasty  diseases that the native population could not cope with,killed off hundreds of thousands right off the bat . Then our courageous forefathers just started  killing them out right stealing their land and shuffling them around different reservations away from their own sacred homes till they died or lost the heart to live, we managed to exterminate roughly about 1 to 4 million and that folks is what we built this country on,murder, lying and cheating,cruelty, on genocide.  Now lets move a bit ahead in history and  you have  old Adolf Hitler an obvious person to bring up because the Nazis managed to kill about 12 million Jews and at the same time period Joseph Stalin Russia's leader killed off 15 to 20 million of his own country men and women, but not to be outdone ,and once again in the same time period Japan slaughtered under sanctions from Emperor Hirohito 3.9 million Chinese all the while having his soldiers shouting out the  war slogan "Kill All, Burn All, Loot all"! And they also like the Nazis did quite a bit of Horrific biological medical experiment on their Prisoners just cause they could. Now with all the crazy bad stuff that just happened to the Chinese you would think a little empathy would be in order, but just a short time after what the Japanese inflicted on them they in turn committed genocide in Tibet by exterminating about a million Tibetans and also putting them in concentration camps ,then in the 1990's we had Rwanda with a tribal faction killing 800.000 to 1 million of a different tribal faction that they just did not like the cut of their jibe so I guess they had to kill them or something, and then it's back to us again our War with Iraq and Afghanistan killed 303 times as many people than died in that ghastly 9-11 attack on the Worlds trade center ,all in all the death toll is something like 20,000 civilians in Afghanistan and almost 900,000 civilians in Iraq though with all the depleted Uranium shell casing we left behind like 800 tons ,Iraqian soil is quite poisoned for the next few generations ,which in it's own way is quite Biblically  historic because in the 'OLD TESTAMENT   Jehovah (God) would say after completely annihilating your enemy it is a good strategy to sow salt on the land so the F%^&#$S can never grow anything there again sort of like when the Grinch stole that crumb that was even to small for a mouse so no party for those obnoxious "Who's in WhoVille that Christmas !

     So just what is the point of all this Armageddon talk fraught with so many various facts and figures?,well it is just this ,the Apocalypse is always there waiting for someones turn to get the sh&% beat and killed out of them, we humans seem to like killing the F&$k out of each other and are not happy unless we are doing so , the only thing different today is we have  the means to carry out real and true world wide scale Armageddon and beside a penchant for killing each other, apparently we can not be satisfied until we do in the Planet as well, so there you Go that's the way I see it as Paul Harvey use to say . So now as I leave off   The Horsemen I fear are riding their mounts into a bloody froth .
