Evening Hatha Yoga for Flowing Mind, Body Experience
A fitness-style blend yoga, helping to improve alignment, circulation, flexibility, and muscle-core-strength while promoting inner tranquility – to invigorate and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.
This class offers the active, flowing style of Hatha yoga for a complete mind/body exercise experience that allows participants to unwind mentally and physically while toning and aligning the body.
The format of class is multi-level and benefits all ages, fitness levels, and seasoned yoga enthusiasts – students are encouraged to work at their own individual pace, comfort and challenge-levels. It is a fitness-style blend yoga, helping to improve alignment, circulation, flexibility, and muscle-core-strength while promoting inner tranquility – to invigorate and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit.
A limited amount of yoga mats, blocks and straps are supplied. Bring to Class:

- Yoga mat
- Pillow for support, if needed
- Blanket, if desired
- Water to stay hydrated is always a good idea especially in a warmer season.
It’s always a good idea to consult your doctor before starting a new exercise routine including yoga. Multi-level class format, with flexibility of attending either Tuesday/Thursday class for makeups.
