This adult fitness program is a head-to-toe non-impact workout that incorporates muscular strengthening cardiovascular conditioning and core toning. This fitness program is a combination of deep water and lap swim movements. This is a program done in deep water, therefore, participants should be comfortable in deep water with a floatation belt (included with fee). Water shoes optional. Fitness level: High
