Age-appropriate skills will be introduced and developed in this recreational instruction program. Participants will practice movements ranging from basic tumbling to use of balance beam and uneven parallel bars. Participants should wear nonrestrictive clothing such as a bodysuit, t-shirt, shorts, gymnastics slippers, cotton socks, or bare feet. No tights, nylon socks, clothing with zippers, belt buckles, or jewelry. Long hair should be tied back.
