Nicolet Rec. Dept. Offering Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba creates a party-like atmosphere, which is less intimidating for students that are not as coordinated. Participants know that they can just go with the flow and enjoy the party! But, what makes Zumba unique is that IT IS FUN! Drop-in fee of $5.00R/$7.00NR for those with a challenging schedule. Please bring exact change.
