While attending Mount Mary College, Marion met the love of her life, Richard Kranstover, and they married in 1948. Together they raised five daughters, who remained her pride and joy. She was a wonderful mother who adored her family and never missed a family activity or event. She found immense joy in the birth of her seven grandchildren and she dearly loved each and every one of them.
