Modern square dancing offers low impact, aerobic exercise. Singles, couples and children can participate, and no special clothing is needed. Learning to square dance is easy. The experienced caller guides you through a series of square dance steps. Then blending these steps into a pattern, the caller has you quickly dancing to the rhythm of the music. Once you learn the basic steps, you can join in square dances held regularly several days each week in the Milwaukee area. People of all ages love the fitness, fun and friendship available in square dancing.
