Socrates called it the Examined Life, Aristotle identified it as the Key to Happiness, today we call it reflective inquiry: Our need to address questions of meaning, values and identity. During these “café” meetings we will reconnect with our innate wisdom through first reading together in a text of our choice, and then sharing questions and discussing philosophically. Symbols andexperiences will also be shared and discussed. The Socratic Caféis a laid-back yet powerful resource for sharing thoughts andexperiences while redefining one’s directions and goals in life.
