20-Year-Old Tussles With Ex-Boyfriend in Topper's Parking Lot

After following him and his female companion from North Avenue in Milwaukee, this 20-year-old got a disorderly conduct citation for trying to slap her ex-boyfriend in the face.

A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman got more than she bargained for early Sunday morning after she followed her ex-boyfriend from North Avenue in Milwaukee to in Fox Point to see who the man's female companion was. 

According to the report:

At 2:30 a.m., Fox Point police received a call from a Topper's employee who said there were people fighting in the parking lot and they just got into separate cars and left quickly.

A saw one of the people matching the description from the employee head northbound on Port Washington Road. A F noticed another car, matching the description of the other woman, heading northbound on Lake Drive.

The Fox Point officer spoke with the driver, a 20-year-old Milwaukee woman, who said earlier that evening, she and her friends had seen her ex-boyfriend, pick up a woman at Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant on the East side of Milwaukee. She wanted to know where they going because she was upset that he was seeing another woman so soon after they broken up. She told police she wanted to confront him because she believed he had been seeing the other woman even before they broke up.

So, they followed his car from Milwaukee to the Topper’s Pizza in Fox Point. She said she got out of the car, tapped on his window, and yelled at him to get out of the car. She continued to yell and escalated to pushing him and trying to slap him until he grabbed her and yelled, “Get away from me!” and they both drove off in opposite directions. 

The ex-boyfriend's female compainion gave the same account of the evening's events to police. 

The ex-girlfriend was arrested for disorderly conduct.
