Back to Court For Man Charged in Electronics Burglary at Aurora

Six 70-inch televisions and other items were removed from Aurora Health Care in the 2011 incident.

A Milwaukee man charged with stealing six 70-inch TVs and other electronics from Aurora Health Care in Fox Point is back in court Tuesday.

DNA linked Michael George Jones, 31, to the scene of the November 2011 break-in, according to a criminal complaint. A window was smashed and the TVs, two 52-inch monitors and a laptop were taken from the building.

The case has been scheduled for trial twice already in 2013, according to online court records, but both were adjourned. Tuesday’s hearing is slated to be a final pre-trial hearing, though a new date has yet to be set.
