Bayside Police Arrest Brown Deer Man for OWI
While police interviewed driver, the passenger threw up on himself.
A 29-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Saturday in Bayside for his second offense of operating while intoxicated.
According to the report:
Police pulled over the man after he turned left through a red arrow as police watched from the parking lot at 400 W. Brown Deer Rd.

The man asked why he was arrested for turning left on a green, and an officer explained the arrow had been read. Police could smell alcohol on him and his eyes were glassy.
During a walk and turn test, he said, “I’m not going to be able to do it.” He lost his balance and fell. The driver's blood-alcohol content was 0.19.

The passenger in the car, a 30-year-old man, had vomited in the passenger seat and was too drunk to drive. His preliminary breath test for blood-alcohol content was also 0.19.
