Bayside Police Bust Woman With a Blunt in Her Lap

She also had a marijuana grinder just hanging out in the center console.

A 27-year-old Milwaukee woman was busted by after she made an illegal U-turn at Brown Deer and Port Washington Roads at 3:10 a.m. on Saturday - but it wasn't the U-turn that got her arrested. 

According to the report:

Officers pulled her over and while she was searching for her license, they noticed something that looked like a marijuana grinder in the front console. When asked what it was, the woman paused and looked down for a bit. They asked her again what it was, and she still didn’t answer. While the conversation continued, officers noticed she had a small “blunt” in her lap. She handed both the grinder and blunt over to officers.

She passed the field sobriety tests, but was arrested for the drug items that were in he vehicle. She was cited for suspended registration, $88.80, and Possession of THC, $681.
