Bayside police found marijuana and related paraphernalia in a traffic stop on Port Washington Road early Sunday morning.
The vehicle was pulled over in the 8800 block of Port Washington Road at 1:46 a.m. Sunday. The 23-year-old Mequon man behind the wheel had his license previously revoked for drunken driving, and he was driving outside of the restricted hours of his occupational drivers license.
Bayside police placed him under arrest for operating after revocation. While searching his person, officers found two bags of marijuana in his pockets that weighed a total of four grams. When officers asked if there was anything else they should know about, he told them there was a pipe in the glove box. In addition to the pipe in the glove box, Bayside police found an additional pipe and a marijuana grinder in the center console.
The man was cited for operating after revocation, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
