Cop or Not? Man Cited After Allegedly Lying to Police

Sheriff's deputies called after man sounded a siren on his Crown Victoria at Sussex apartment complex.

A 25-year-old man accused of pulling into a Sussex apartment complex and sounding the siren on his Crown Victoria has been cited for obstructing police after allegedly lying about the incident.

Darrel Abramczak was pulled over near Highway 164 and Stonegate Court at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 20 when he sounded the siren on his vehicle and pulled into the Stonegate Court Apartments, according to the police report.

According to the report:

Abramczak lied to a Waukesha County sheriff's deputy when initially asked if he was driving the blue Crown Victoria - a model frequently used for police squad cars. He later admitted he was driving and apologized.

The Town of Waukesha man told deputies he had a siren on his car because he is a trained first responder and that he once served on a volunteer fire department.

Abramczak was wearing a black T-shirt that said "Fugitive Investigations" written on the front, camouflage pants and a holster.

A Darrel Abramczak has a Linkedin page in which he lists his title as "chief." The Linkedin page says he has experience with bail laws and enforcement and operates Fugitive Investigation Services.

In July, Abramczak helped apprehend a 19-year-old Jefferson woman in the parking lot of the Sussex Pick ‘n Save after she escaped from Jefferson County Jail.

Abramczak is due to appear in court on Nov. 2.

MAYBE YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR GUN IN YOUR HOLSTER IN YOUR PEWAUKEE NEIGHBORHOOD. I Posted this story in my facebook and a buddy of mine has 2 small children down the street from you. He is not happy. His wife is IRATE. as far as REAL NAMES go, this is mine. You really shouldn't be drawing yourself this much attention if you want to apprehend fugitives. They will see you coming a mile away. Take a psychology class to better train your anger. you are making an arse of yourself. Good luck. It's nice to feel like a hero or do some good in the world as far as helping change tires for the elderly i get that, but man, maintain your composure.

Wow "Chief" you look dumber and dumber with every post. All I see from your posts is "Wah, Wah, Wah I want to be a cop but I failed, I lost my drivers license but don't care, and I am better than cops because of this made up story" You are a joke, go back to your Mom's basement and quit playing wanna be cop. Better yet, get a job where you actually do something constructive. Leave the fugitive gathering to the professionals.

On a side note, has your "company" arrested anyone other than that vicious 19 year old female who walked away from work release? Try to apprehend a real criminal and then call yourself a Bail Enforcement Officer. I am sure that there are one or two fugitives on the North Side of Milwaukee you can go pick up.

Check this guy out on CCAP. Already up to his 3rd DWI, theft, revoked license.... and seems to use "car trouble" a lot as an excuse to put off court trials. I wouldn't let him "apprehend" my keys. Hey Chief, was that a fire truck or an ambulance you apprehended up north? I'm guessing that was your "public service" experience?
