Crime Corner: Vandalized Sign, Curfew Violations and Bullet Holes

Reports from Fox Point and Bayside police departments.

Fox Point police were dispatched to the 300 block of East Dean Road for vandalism on Sunday.

A speed limit sign had been spray painted with black paint, possibly using a stencil, to put an image of a person's face on it. A resident called police about 3:30 p.m. and said that the sign was in good shape the day before, so the vandalism must have taken place over the course of the prior evening.

The value of the sign is estimated at $25 to $50.
