Driver Passes a Marijuana Blunt to a Cop

Bayside police originally pulled over a vehicle early Wednesday morning because it had expired plates.

But when the officer approached the window of the car, he could smell marijuana. The officer asked why that might be, and the driver pulled a marijuana blunt from the center console of the car and handed it to the officer. The officer asked if there was any more marijuana in the car, and the driver pulled a bag out of the front of his pants containing 5.9 grams of marijuana.

The man was cited for possession of marijuana.
