An Intoxicated 17-Year-Old Arrested for Underage Drinking After Dropping Some Expletives on Police

He could hardly stand outside the van and when officers stopped over to make sure things were OK, he had less than a friendly response for police.

One adult and two teenagers got in over their heads when a boy in their group was so drunk, he could walk from the van to his home. He also dropped a few expletives on before being arrested for underage drinking and curfew violations.

According to the report:

An officer was driving in the 8500 block of North Fox Croft Lane just beore 2 a.m. on May 20 when he saw a blue van sitting along the side of the road with two people inside and one standing nearby.

The officer asked if they needed any help and a 19-year-old Whitefish Bay woman said she was just trying to get her friend into the house across the street. As she stepped away from the open door at the back of the van, the officer noticed another man and woman sitting in the middle seats of the van. The man was swaying in his seat, speaking slowly and deliberately, slurring his words and repeating himself.

When the officer asked the man, who turned out to be a 17-year-old from Fox Point, if he’d been drinking, he ignored the question and began walking away. The officer told him to return to the vehicle and sit down, to which he replied, “What the (expletive), this is (expletive). Just let me go in the (expletive) house.” He eventually sat in the van and admitted to officers he'd been drinking, but said he'd had “not that much” to drink.
