Former Sturtevant Trustee Plea Deal Means Moving Out of Wisconsin

After pleading guilty to a disorderly conduct charge, John Thillemann will put his house up for sale and move to Texas.

John Thillemann has 60 days to put his house up for sale and move out of Wisconsin, according to a plea deal reached Wednesday.

with possession of a machine gun after police found a fully operational AK-47 under Thillemann's bed. Officers were in Thillemann's home while executing a search warrant based on complaints from neighbors that teenage girls were going in and out of his house.

According to a story from The Journal Times, a psychologist's report indicates Thillemann may be suffering from some type of post traumatic stress. While he was in the military, Thillemann served on a military fire base - a weapons support unit in combat - which could be the source of his psychological stress.

In exchange for pleading guilty on a new disorderly conduct charge, Thillemann agreed to put his house up for sale and move out of state. The Journal Times report says Thillemann will move to Texas and owes $1,000 in fines plus court costs.

At his preliminary hearing on the AK-47 was a souvenir of sorts from two tours of duty in Vietnam in 1968 and 1969.

Judge Allan "Pat" Torhorst set a review date of Sept. 18.

@Richard - Thillemann's case is on CCAP and according to the record there, the charges regarding the minor females were dismissed based on this plea agreement. The charge regarding the AK-4, however, remains open and the Sept. 18 court date is in reference to that case with the plea standing on the misdemeanors as long as Thillemann moves to Texas.

He wouldn't be taking a taxpayer provided pension with him to Texas - would he? The activities he engaged in are most certainly warning signs of a developing sexual predator. That's OK to hide that and send him to another State without some warning? We'll be reading about this later - in a horrific story from Texas. hopefully Texas Fathers protect their daughters better than Wisconsin Dads and um, you know, take care of the problem.

Village Trustees do not receive any benefits only a modest salary while in office if that is what you are asking. Anything related to his military service is hard to say.
