Fox Point Man Returns to Car to Find Holes in Windshield

Four hundred dollars later, the windshield is patched up but police have no suspects.

On Saturday, a man stopped into the to file a complaint about a shattered window.

The man said he parked his car in his driveway in the 7400 block of North Navajo Road on Thursday at 8 p.m. When he returned to his car Friday morning, he noticed the rear window was cracked. He also saw  what looked like a small round indentation in the glass. According to the complaint he filed, when he opened and closed the hatchback, the window completely broke and fell out from its frame.

The man said the window was replaced Saturday for $400. Another Fox Point officer took a complaint of a shattered rear car window in the 100 block of Dean Road Friday. Police have no suspects in either incident.

Fox Point officers say they believe there is no connection to a prior incident involving off the roof of a local garage.
