Fox Point Police Escort Man to Get Money for Own Bond
A quick trip to the ATM, and he was on his way.
A 24-year-old Milwaukee man stopped into the around 3 p.m. July 20 to pay a fine.
However, you cannot pay a fine there with a credit card.
The clerk confirmed the warrant for $139, and advised an officer that the man was waiting in the lobby. The officer arrested and searched him. He was then escorted to , 600 E. Green Tree Rd., to obtain money for the bond. With the man’s permission, the officer withdrew $160 from the ATM. The man paid the fine and was released.
