Hiker Threatens to Imprison a Police Officer

Caught urinating on Lake Drive, a Florida man claimed to be a federal judge capable of sending the police officer to one of his many prisons around the country.

A Fox Point police officer may be facing felony jail time, if one believes the words of a hiker caught urinating on Lake Drive last week.

Fox Point police received a report of a man urinating on the side of the road at Lake Drive and Dean Road at 7:27 a.m. March 27. Police officer stopped someone matching the description in the 8700 block of Lake Drive.

The man, who was identified by a Florida driver's license, said he was a professional hiker hiking the Highway 32 trail. He continuously told the police officer that he was a federal judge and that the officer was guilty of several felony actions. He said he was going to convict the officer and send him to one of his many prisons around the country.

The man admitted to urinating on the road, but said it was in a wooded area and no one saw him. The resident who called the police said he reported the matter because he was concerned about possible home break-ins in the area.

Police cited the man for disorderly conduct and transported him to a shelter in Milwaukee.
