Juveniles Caught With Marijuana

Three juveniles were caught with marijuana outside St. Eugene at 11 p.m.  on Sept. 1.

Fox Point police became suspicious after seeing two bicycles laying in the St. Eugene parking lot. The officer then saw two juvenile males and a juvenile female walking toward the bikes from the grass near the softball field. The female seemed nervous, had her hand in one of her pockets and was angling away from the officer.

The officer asked the girl what was in her pocket, and she revealed a brown wooden top box with a sliding top containing 0.5 grams of marijuana. She also had a glass marijuana pipe.
