Officers arrived at 8:30 p.m. to find four high school students skateboarding in the parking garage of the complex at 8700 N. Port Washington Road.
One of the kids discharged a fire extinguisher, which created a large cloud of dust in the garage. An additional complaint was later filed by a resident who says his car was covered in the extinguisher residue and wanted the juvenile to pay for the car wash.

When officers spoke with the 16-year-old's father, he said his son and his sonβs friends were probably involved. The boy was arrested, taken to the police station and cited for disorderly conduct.
