Peeping Tom Caught in the Act
His female neighbor said this is the fourth time he has looked through their windows with the hope of catching an eyeful.
A Fox Point man has been cited for looking into his next door neighbor's window with the hopes of seeing them have sex.
The female victim called police after her son, who happened to be returning home from Summerfest, caught their next door neighbor looking in through the bedroom window, according to a police report. When the man realized he was caught, he ran back to his own house.
The man told police he was drawn to his neighbor's window after hearing sexual noises at 11:37 p.m. June 30. The neighbor said she and her fiance were watching Saturday Night Live at the time.

The female neighbor said this has happened four times in the last five years, including one time when he set up a camera to watch her teenage daughter shower.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office declined to issue invasion of privacy charges against the man, but he faces a court date in Fox Point for a trespassing citation. The woman has also obtained a temporary restraining order against the man.
